🌎 Sustainability & Transparency

We put the wellness of the planet and it’s inhabitants first a foremost in all that we do. As a small business, we handmade all products in tiny batches in the US, and always use repurposed, recycled, and second-hand materials before sourcing new. We use biodegradable packaging when available, and encourage our customers to repurpose everything they receive from Monica’s Collective including candle jars, packaging, and fabric.

We take pride in formulating the most natural products we can produce by focusing on natural fibers, organic ingredients, and non-toxic everything. Our goal is always to create a product that you love so much, you never throw it away. But, if you do, we made sure that majority of our products are recyclable or biodegradable.

📍New Jersey patronage

New Jersey is the home of Monica’s Collective. We initially aimed to focus on supplying our local NJ community with robust alternatives to fast fashion and other harmful big brands. Today, we support customers all over the US and the world and are glad to be part of the small business revolution.

🛍 Small business

Monica’s Collective is a proud small business. We have 3 employees, 1 warehouse (Monica’s basement 😅), and we ship directly to customers with no third-party supporters. This means we can put so much love and care into each and every order that comes our way. We are able to listen to our customers, provide meaningful and personal products, and grow sustainably.

👯♂️ Our team

CEO

Monica is the owner and founder of Monica’s Collective 🎨📦 From hobby to hustle, Monica built the MC brand herself and continues to run the business firsthand. Her favorite CEO tasks include: packing all of your lovely orders, sourcing deadstock fabric, and creating content to motivate other women to follow their small business owner dreams!

Marketing Manager

Marti is the first ever Monica’s Collective Marketing Intern 💻📊🤗 From helping organize social media strategies to fully running some of our marketing communications (like all of those emails that you get in your inbox!), Marti has significantly helped MC connect more with our community.

Sewist

Alex is the second ever Monica’s Collective Sewist🧵🪡👗 (Monicas mom was the first and she still helps me to this day!) Alex helps create more inventory, brainstorm new product concepts, and even helps out at our local markets. Having Alex onboard is the biggest reason why more products stay stocked online than ever before.
