Espresso Bean & Tonka Sweet Cream Soy Candle

I'm not usually big on food-scented candles, but I love the relaxed focus I get from working in coffee shops, and I wanted to try to bring that ambience into my home. At first I wasn't sure how I felt, because I thought it smelled more like buttered popcorn than coffee. But, it has grown on me very quickly. It is delicious and warm and comforting; relaxing in a wakeful way. I wish the scent was a little more coffee-forward, and maybe a tinge musky like an old local coffee shop building. However, I love the complexity of combined coffee, cream, and pastry scents. Lighting this candle has become part of my morning routine as I get ready for work. And like all of Monica's candles, the craftsmanship is impeccable. It also looks gorgeous on my bookshelf next to my philodendron, and I'm excited to use the container as a cashpot when I finish it.

I gave it as a gift, my coworker loves the smell of it and the packaging was awesome too !!! Highly recommended to all candle lovers.

The quality of this candle is amazing. It’s not a stark coffee scent- but more buttery and sweet, kind of like a bakery that makes croissants and coffee! The scent fills my entire 1200 sq ft apartment without being too overpowering when near it. It’s also very long lasting and super cute! Definitely worth the price and way better than any candle I’ve purchased in big box stores. This is one of the only brands of candles that doesn’t give me a headache!
